which PCI-E card will give me least hassle and stablity in Wndows 2008 64 bit core while still give me peformance when bootup in vista64?

It does seem evga Or Nvidia ones tend to have more support for windows server while ATI does not officially offer driver even for w2003.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300
3 Seagate Sata 2 Drive in Raid 5 holding w2008, all critical data and original master copy of various VM
1 IDE Drive with Vista64
2 Seagate Sata 2 Drive in Raid 0 for the working copies VM on the SI multiplexser
Corsair TX 650W Power Supply w/ 120mm Fan
GPU ??? still looking???
Any problem can I expect from above?
