Biostar mobo

i am going to buy the phenom II 940 and with that wanted to get the gigabyte 790x ud4 mobo but its not available here in my city so was thinking of purchasing the Biostar TA790GX which is astonishingly low priced. if anyone has this board plz enlighten me about its performance and oc features. i checked that its got a lot of bios tweaks but wanna find out if it can hold up against hish ocing and the stability.
another point is that ill be buying this for a min of 2years so plz give me your opinions.

I like Biostar boards. I even had one die on me and a couple of months later I tried it in another rebuild and it magically came back to life. Never figured that one out.

As long as that processor will work on it why not ?
