i have problem with my external hard driver and i want recover files .it is model seagate 1000gb fall on floor can you help me please

I think you need to dismantle the box and see if there is visible damage to the electronics -- if so it may be worth removing the drive and checking it in a desktop machine or in another external box or dock.
