Matching FSB and DRAM

Hi, i have an q6600 at stock value and ddr2 667 mhz ram this gives me a FSBRAM 4:5 ratio (266:333 mhz), what do you recommend to leave it like that, or to decrease the memory speed to match the fsb, or to overclock the fsb to match the ram speed (in case of overclocking the fsp from 266 to 333 should i better buy a new cooler?)

Up the FSB would be the best option, especially on the Q6600.
