today i use in 100 mbps lan network how to upgrate 1000mbps lan network and it is possible . in windows xp os to use

XP has no problems using Gigabit. All you need is Gigabit NICs (if your PCs don't already have Gigabit NICs), Gigabit switches and Cat5 cabling.
