Keyboard is locking up

I am going crazy trying to figure out this problem. My computer is not recognizing any keyboard or mouse after Windows XP starts. I am trying to reload the OS, but an getting an error stating "Nvidia Network Bus Installation Disk 1" is required. I don't have a disk. What am I supposed to do?

You don't mention what type of computer or motherboard you have. Most motherboards come with a utility disk that has drivers on it. If you no longer have the disk, you can download the necessary drivers from the board's website.
