I'm wanting to buy a Graphics card for almsot spot on £100, and have been searching Ebuyer and found two which are spot on £100 they are the Nvidia 9600GT and the ATI HD 4830. But, i have no idea which one is better .They're both at the limit of my budget. Can anyone help me and give me advice on which is the best and which, if you had to buy one of the two, would you buy? Thanks.

The 4830 is equivalent to the 9800GT. So take the 4830, its just crippled version of the 4850.

At that price, the HD4830 is as good as it gets here in the UK, but can you post your system specs-particularly the PSU-so we can be sure you`re not paying for performance the rest of your system can`t use?

Yep, get the 4830.

Thanks For the advice everyone looks like it's the ATI I'll go for then. Here are my PC's specs:

Windows Vista HP
Intel Pentium 4 HT 3.07ghz
2gb Memory
Abit SG-95 Motherboard

Yeah anything higher than the 4830 will be bottlenecked by your cpu. Also upping your memory to 4gb will greatly improve things on vista.
