Mouse issue

I came across a strange issue today. When holding Ctrl and clicking files, it would create duplicate files... Something to do with drag and drop sensitivity.

I was able to download tweakiu and resolve the issue with the mouse tweak but is there a fix for this without needing to download tweakiu? What could cause this?

Found my answer.

Registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Modify DragHeight and DragWidth to 15.

I have never came across this issue and was banging my head off the keyboard!
