I had to manually set the timing on my memory, did I do it right?

I have the Gskill ripjaw series of memory. It's 2x2=4gigs of DDR3 ram at 1333mhz.

It's supposed to be 7-7-7-21, but in my bios it was set to 9-9-9-24. I manually set it to 7-7-7-21.

In Everest it says the command rate is "2T"

Is this correct? What does Command rate mean?

More about manually timing memory right
  1. Sounds correct. Did it pass (no errors) memtest86+, booting into memtest86+ from POST?

Yes everything boots fine. I'm just not sure what the 2T means in the everest program.
  3. its double command rate.
  4. Also make sure your ram volts and speed are set correct.
