I deleted u3 but the space still isnt there

i tried deleting u3 but there was an error and it was corrupted, so i reformatted it and the space was still protected

That is kingston u3 launcher? I have tried deleting that before, and I don't know of any way to get rid of it. It's like the cat that came back. I agree, I would never buy a usb drive with this on it. I'm just glad the one I used wasn't mine.
