motherboard: GIGABYTE EP45T-DS3R
processor: INTEL E8500
heatsink: COOLER MASTER

I want to overclock my processer to about 3.7 but I don't know what setting in my bios I'm suppose to adjust to make it stable. Should I use the multiplier of 9.5? What voltage? And any other changes that I should make?

PLEASE HELP!!!

I did some reading on how to OC my CPU but I'm not sure if the bios setting changes because of the motherboard I have.
