I have some problems whit my computer since I got my new motherboad and RAM, so I think it will by good to update my BIOS. I downloaded the new BIOS, and all that, but then it asks me to those the ROM-fil! What is it, and where is it!?

I got a Nvidia 790i Ultra SLI.

Nvidia doesn't make the motherboards themselves -- please post the manufacturer name and model number of ALL your system components.
Also, I don't understand "...it asks me to those the ROM-fil!" Could you rephrase?
