I currently have a gf 260 hooked up to a 32 inch lcd hdtv/monitor and my max resolution is 1360 by 768. I have a DVI to VGA/D-sub Adapter hooked to the videocard which the vga is by itself in the hdtv. Is there anyway I can get higher resolution? I heard there is an issue with new nvidia drivers about resolution. i cant even get my DVI to hdmi/D-sub Adapter to work with my monitor. please help

1360x768 is probably the max resolution of your LCD TV

720p lcd tvs have a resolution of 1360x768 or 1366x768

im guessin your lcd tv is 720 since they rarely make 1080p tvs at that size

Yeah. Your HDTV is likely to be your "problem". Check the max resolution of the monitor.

If your HDTV is in fact 720p, then you need a new HDTV; just make sure it's 1080p.

If I'm understanding you correctly your hooking the up to the TV using the VGA port so in that case you are only going to see PC resolutions. In order to see HDTV resolutions you need to connect DVI to DVI or component, it doesn't sound like you HDMI on your TV.
