I need a cpu cooler, I dont know what to look for. Also I'm not sure about the video card and the ram.Any suggestions comments criticisms are appreciated.

The cooler on the video card is very quiet, but you can't really alter the fan speed if you feel it's not providing enough air. As for the CPU cooler you may want to look at this XIGMATEK Rifle cooler

Or you could spend a little more money and get this copper beast from Zalman

I say go with the Rifle cooler though.

I'd try the stock Intel cooler first. I lower the fan rpms using a program in the bios.

intel stock coolers are only just minamal you will find that you will get high temps, i would buy an after market cooler like a OCZ venetta 2 or something, anything is better than stock xD
