Hi guys i got a AN78GS with 9550 Am2+ now i want to upgrade my CPU with phenomII 940 BE! can i use this processor for with this mobo?!

your MoBo is an AM2+... phenomII processors was designed by AMD engineers to work with AM3 based MoBos and to be backward compatible with AM2 and AM2+ motherboards...I think,yes, you can...if the motherboard of course doesn't have a problem..
