the shop where i am thinking about buying has only 1600mhz memory.
will it fit a motherboard that notes its memory slots are 800/1066?
or i must get a motherboard with 800/1066/1600.

Please do not attempt to use DDR3 memory on a DDR2 motherboard. It will not fit.
