I just orderd a Radeon 5670 that should be arriving here in the few days but im worried that the gpu will be badly capped by my processor and so I want to overclock it. The motherboard however is locked and so i want to use software to adjust the fsb. here are my processor and motherboard.

Base processor:

Socket 775
Chipset

Motherboard:
Manufacturer: Asus
Motherboard Name: P5BW-LA
HP/Compaq motherboard name: Basswood-UL8E
Memory
Component Attributes
Memory Installed 3.5 GB

*Actual available memory may be less
Speed supported PC2-4200 MB/sec
Type 240 pin, DDR2 SDRAM
(copped and pasted from thr Hp website.

Could one of you people please tell me software that would be be able to do this? and maybe guide me through it? Thank you very much.

As far as I know, there's no software overclocking that can overclock most modern motherboards.

Anyway, as for SetFSB, there's a guide, it also includes on the guide on how to find on your PLL my looking at your motherboard.
