Is it possible to overclock it as high as the other cards and not need a fan for graphics card?

All of them come with fans.

 

It usually is possible to overclock them to similar clocks as the more expensive ones, while raising the fan speed a bit higher. Sometimes you'll get some bad luck and get a chip that won't run any higher than it is already, but this is uncommon from what I've seen in my personal gpu overclocking adventures.
