Black Friday deals always seem to get the best of me so I decided to make another PC this season. These are the parts I have chosen:

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L

Don't need raid support and don't plan on crossfire in the future so I chose the DS3L over the UD3P

CORSAIR CMPSU-520HX 520W bundled with CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800

Great PSU and great ram. I really wanted a modular PSU :p

ASUS 20X DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe Black-Retail

Comes with Nero 8 Essentials.

Antec Nine Hundred

Great case for a great price! $60, I mean common!

Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB

Yea... 500gb is more then enough space.

POWERCOLOR HD2600PRO 512MB

Will allow for light gaming on a 19" monitor and has low power consumption. Great buy for $19.99.

Newegg Total: $432.93 - $100 MIR = $332.93

Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 Wolfdale 2.66GHz

I got the E7300 bundled with a ECS mobo from Fry's today for $100. Anyone want a ECS GF7050VT-m board? :p

So total of system comes to $432.93 after rebates.

The build gives plenty of space for future upgrades. My main concern was power consumption in this build. My mother had burned out her system so this is a great replacement :p

I did but went with the UD3L because I have no need for the raid support. Not much else is different between the two boards.

Also, I did end up getting that FSP400 psu for $5.36!! I got a confirmation email stating its been shipped lol.

o_O no raid support, most have that particaly intel o_O and AMD onces I m suprised by that  I think it does acturly looking at it its south bridge is the same as mine and it has more than enough SATA to have a raid, but like I said they all do these days :p

I noticed it was P45.....which cna xfire but only 8/8x a P35 might be better but than the CPu FSB mught be a bit nasty  that would save you a bit
