I'm at 3.6G, need help up to 3.8!

Please forgive my n00bness here...
I've learned everything I could from reading various information..
I have upgraded the cooling heatsink and fan, temps never reach 37c on a full load.
I've gotten my Athlon II X2 3.0 up to a stable 3.6Ghz. I can do 3.7 but it is unstable, and my goal is 3.8, but my comp keeps crashing. Here are my settings in CPU-Z... can someone please tell me what I'm overlooking ?

the higher the frequency your processor runs at, the more voltage you need to get it to run stable. i bet your computer is not very stable at 3.6, have you tried prime95 ?

original voltage is at about 1.25V so it looks about right for voltage in the 3.5 ghz range.
but i could be the blind leading the blind. in either case if you havent already ,OP, run prime95 with you system at 3.6 to find if your stable.

are you getting a bsod or is it just restarting?
