Still not sure if I want to go AMD or Intel for this build. I like AMD for the price. I can get an Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ and a ECS A780GM-A (V1.1) AM2+ ATX Motherboard plus 2 gigs of memory for $232.00 roughly US.
Mainly looking for an upgrade form my athlon 64 fx-55 without breaking the bank. Mostly gaming involved. Newer games want dual core. Any insight is appreciated. Should I spend a little more and go to Intel or even a quad?
