I really hate shooting people down like this, but of course I can't let you make bad choices... sorry in advance.

Memory - You didn't link which set, but regardless:

This is better. Great timings, great voltage, great price. Get 4GB not 2GB.

MB - Maybe you have had luck with MSI in the past. These days they are certainly on the B team.

High quality, far better price.

If you feel the need to throw more cash at a board, this would be a better choice.

PSU - This is really the worst part. Many companies "make" (re-brand) one or two good PSUs and sell a bunch of bad ones. I am not aware of any 500W Thermaltakes that are good for anything but door stops.

Here is an example of a good PSU at a fair price:

The case looks nice, had not seen that one yet.

haha dont go there, there half assed motherboards, comparing MSI to ASUS or Gigabyte is like comparing a Hyundai to a Mercedes

most of there motherboards rely on these tiny little pathetic NB fans which tend to fail after a few months and burn out chipsets etc - poor design compared to an all passive design from others etc

Relying on newegg user reviews for power supply choices is a recipe for disaster. Few people understand what a power supply actually does.

No PFC, only 70% efficient, insufficient amperage on the 12V rail.

"passive PFC" This is the same thing as NO PFC, but they figured if they put the initials PFC in the description they could get you to buy it, and even charge you more.

Here is a good Thermaltake 500W PSU:

Good luck finding one now for under $100 bucks.
