Green, orange, and red lights on Asus Rampage Motherboard

I tried to turn my computer on today and the screen won't come on. I opened the panel and all of the lights on the mobo (north and south bridge, hdd, memory, power) are lit green, orande and red. They normally are only green lights on. I switched hard drives and same problem. The power comes on so it doesn't seem to be power supply. Any ideas? I also emailed ASUS. Thank you.
