Well,9600GS0 is a better card thant 8600GT but the 9600GS0 u posted has a DDR2 RAM which hurts the performance.

DDR2 will hurt your performance,go for this HD 4670,it performs alot better than both and has a good price:

I agree go with a 4670. Check out newegg now actually as they have a gigabyte branded 4670, about the same card as what you are looking at, but 74.99 and free shipping. Hard to beat.
