After doing some research, I've found that as long as I am not mixing Nvidia and Radeon and as long as I don't use the PCI slot directly below my PCI-E slot, that this all should work fine. But I'm wondering about DX9/DX10 compatibility issues. This will be my setup:

Windows Vista 64 Ultimate
Nvidia GeForce GTX 280
Nvidia PCI Vid Card with DVI (cheapest one I can find): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814130188
Monitors: 24" center, 20" and 19" LCD's on either side

With the GTX 280 being a DX10 card, and the cheaper card being DX9, am I going to run into compatibility issues?

Is there anything else I need to be aware of when I set this up?

Thanks!
