Biostar TP45D2-A7 shutdown-problem?

Hello,

Don't know if this is the right section, but ''bios'' is the first thing that crossed my mind..

I bought a new computer yesterday:

CPU: E7400
HDD 320GB WD
MB: Biostar TP45D2-A7
RAM: Patriot 4gb....

I put on vista eternity (some coustum) 64bit, and whenever I press shutdown, the monitor shut's down, but the PC is still running...


I have gone on the Biostar webpage, downloaded the new bios for my MB, updated with the bios flash utility and no changes....


Now, is it the MB or? ~~
