SSD question

Besides turning off automatic defrag in Windows 7 is there anything I need to know before installing and setting up Win 7 Pro on SSD?
Is it pretty straighforward like a mechanical drive?

Very straightforward. Check your Bios to make sure you're in AHCI. For the latest intels just make sure you install the latest firmware. I bought two of these and one had the latest firmware, the other needed it. You might want to double check with the community of the exact SSD you're buying. I can only speak from experience for the intel. Also don't forget to install the toolbox. Win 7 does the rest.
By the way, Win7 should disable defrag automatically. You should leave it alone if you have a secondary mechanical drive.
