False tempature readings?

I have a radeon x800 and i just downloaded ati tool. When im just on the web it says its running at 56 degrees C which is about 132 F. Is this normal for graphics cards? The fan will kick on if im doing stuff like gaming.

Yes. With Rivatuner you can turn up the fan speed if you like.
