Documents to Go equivelent for PPC?

Folks,

Does anyone know if there is a PPC equivelent to Documents to Go?
Specifically, I'm after the ability to move native-format files from Word
and Excel between computers, and also have the ability to edit them on the
PPC with preferably zero loss of formatting (depending on how much editing
is done, of course).

I find that Docs to Go does a pretty good job of this, but I'm not seeing
anything obvious for PPC. In the past I've read that the Pocket versions of
Word and Excel were notorious for trashing formatting, and it was certainly
true many years ago on my WinCE machine. How is it today?
