Raid-5 Initialization Stuck at 91%

I've got 5 WD 2tb EARS drives set up in a Raid-5 array using Intel's H57 software raid solution.
I set up the drives in the array fine, and began initializing. It moved up to 91% over the course of about 15-20 hours. However, it's now been sitting at 91% for the last 24 hours and has not moved a bit.
Any ideas what's going on here? Do I need to just start over or is there something else at work here?

You could try rebooting first before you just redo everything. If that doesn't work, then just about everything you try will just end up taking at least as long as it would to just rebuilt the array. I have seen this happen before, but that was only during a RAID transition. It never completed, but I was just testing something so I lost nothing.
