Q6700 Overclocking problem!

Hello everyone :hello:  ,

Hope all is well. So let me begin. I have a q6700 2.66 OC to 3.4. I can get it there and stable with no issues with temp or running what so ever and even put in an aftermarket cooler. My temps are low 30's and low-mid 40's on load.

Now my problem is that whenever i try to get it to 3.6 I just cant get it stable. After setting the BIOS then restarting I have to turn my comp off at least 4-5 times to get it back up. Sometimes it starts with 3.6 and sometimes it just reverts back to 2.66.

I have tried messing with my RAM when doing so and noticed that when I set it to a 5:4 ratio it only takes two turns of the power swtich to get it to boot at 3.6. It will stay stable and temps fine while I can get it on for hours with no issue even when gaming, but as soon as i shut down or restart, the same thing happens. It just wont boot into 3.6 anymore or I have to try 4-5 times and MAYBE it will be on 3.6. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. Specs below:-
