Here is my situation, after deciding all the parts of my rig, which includes two Ati 4850's and a i7 920 processor, I can't decide on a case! I want a full sized tower and would rather spend less than $200 (US). I have been eying the Cooler master HAF and Cosmos 1000, but will consider any other options.

So please, if you like a particular full atx case, please respond!

I enjoy my cosmos 1000, it's silent, and comes has decent cable management. However it doesn't cool as well as other large towers. It's meant to be quiet. While it would cool your parts well enough, I would not recommend it if you plan on doing HEAVY overclocks. Try the cosmos S.

Cosmos S has more intake fans in the front to help cool your graphics cards, shoud run fairly quiet and would take water cooling nicely should you chose to.

or the antec 1200

the twelve comes with great fans preinstalled, and they have speed controllers accessible from the outside of the case. With the side fan installed and a cooler that blows down onto the board it should provide superior cooling to your motherboard and ram as well as CPU.

Ive had a few cases over the years and i dont think any case comes close to the silverstone tj07. mouting the psu in the bottom and having two hard drive racks is amazing although personally i removed these and mounted a radiator in there and resevior for my water cooling.

I used to have some cool jenatech( can't rember the name of it) it was awsome for cooling, now I have the armor and if you got loads of room I would recermend it, some version are not cheap(onces with water cooling) if oyu hate the looks well thier is a more expesnive version which is based on the armor, obvously thier is antec as well to consider NXZT coolermaster, tagan etc it depends on oyur tastes and waht you want really.

Thanks for the suggestions, I am now down to three cases, the cosmos s ($150) the Cosmos 1000 ($180) and the HAF 932 ($120). I heard the Cosmos s has trouble fitting large CPU coolers. Which one is the best? Are their any better cases under $200?

Bump! Anyone with suggestions for the case choices of the cosmos s ($150), cosmos 1000 ($180), and the HAF 932 ($120)? I here the cosmos s has trouble fitting large cpu coolers. Is the s model that much better than the 1000?

Ya +1 for antec cases. 900 1200, even the 180s are great. They are designed for maxium air flow and heat seperation. Fits just about everything too.

I've yet to see an Antec case I haven't liked. Well, not including the Skeleton, but I'm not into that sorta stuff. Whether it be the P180, P182, Mini P180, 300, 900...I like 'em all. I'd love to get a 1200, but I don't exactly have the need to pick up a case right now. If I was in the market for a full-size ATX case, the 1200 would be at the top of my list.

Ya the skeleton is designed to target a specific part of the market. Most normal day users will not be interested nor should they be in the skeleton. My current rig uses the p182 which has really great air flow. The bottom comparment fan is a pain if the but with a long psu, but great looking case in otherwords. The 900 = gaming case = amazing airflow. Seriously this thing is like an airconditionar. Best cooling case i've used. Same with the 1200 just on a bigger scale. I have not used the 300 so i can't really comment on this one. All in all antec really has some great cases and that's who I buy from.

PS They don't have sharp edges either which when digging inside a case you'll never appericate until you have one that does, and you cut yourself every 2 seconds.
