285 / motherboard issues.

I'm not really sure what is wrong I'm just going off of what the people I have already talked to have told me. Basically I just bought a Nvidia 285 and set it up. everything was working fine. I was playing crysis for about 15 minutes and the computer blue screened. After this happened I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the card. The issue was still around so I called up BFG and asked them for a little help. they told me that it was my motherboard and that it was placing my cards need for power too low on the list. I contacted Asus and they were of no use and half of the time just ended my chat sessions that I had open with them. My Mobo is a p6t deluxe. If anyone can offer any insight on this issue it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Oh and just a little extra. I'm using a 1000 watt power supply and a core i7 920.

run memtest on your ram to see if you get any errors.

yup definitely try memtest. with a "good" 1Kw PS you should be able to run two 285's let alone just one.

Heck I'm running two 295's on similar PS
