I just built a new computer with this motherboard. From day 1 when I shut the computer down normally the hard drives and monitor shut down. Everything else stays running until I push and hold the power button to shut it off manually. I have already ruled out the power supply. Please...Please...Please help

Let me clarify the first post. Just the monitor shuts down everything else stays running. It seems that anything that is not plugged directly into the board stays on. Could it have something to do with the positive and negative wires coming from the case. Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as this is driving me crazy. :pt1cable:
