there's nothing WRONG with that exactly, its quite normal for a 4850. and certainly for an overclocked 4850... go into CCC and turn up the fan speed 
see what happens.
imo 80 C is fine under max load, but 60-70 seems to be what most people consider "safe" so experiment with noise/temp ratios until you're happy.
i tried 100% on CCC but i heard 4850 toxic have the fan locked at max speed already
