I've got an XP laptop which I just want to make a complete backup of before I nuke it and start fresh. Problem is, I keep getting error 2 "the system cannot find the file specified" when I try to start the server service, thereby preventing me from sharing the drives and backing up to a DLT tape drive I have.

Anyone ever seen this? The laptop got pretty munged up by the blaster virus, I've installed the removal tool and also run SP1a, but still no joy.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
