Is my bios or motherboard dead?

No display, no bootstrap, no recognition of old motherboard-based video adapter, or new video card. No reponse from keyboard for Ctrl-Alt-Del signal. Power suppy is running ok.

Disconnect/remove all data cables and adapter cards, remove ALL memory. With CPU and heatsink and PSU connected, shoul give continuous series of beeps (no me,ory detected). If not, borrow a PSU to test with, if no change, is motherboard or CPU. Motherboard is more common.
