I'm building an i7 Core system.

The price has come down quite a bit on DDR3 Ram and triple channel kits, so the original $200 I had budgeted for RAM could possibly get me 12GB. Would I be better served with...

6GB or really nice RAM like this...

I plan on using an Asus P6T Mother Board

I will be using this PC for both Gaming and Video Editing with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

I've never Overclocked or monkeyed with such things, so what would be my best out of the box solution?

Obviously, one solution would to be just get one of the cheap 6GB kits for $70 AR and upgrade later because who really needs 12GB of RAM?

Well, I am a huge fan of Corsair Dominator, but realistically, the better value for the money would be to get that DDR3-1333 12GB.
