Are MSI Boards reliable and fast?

How does MSI compare to other companies such as ASUS or Gigabyte motherboards

I'm considering purchasing this AM3 board does anyone out there own it?

I don't own that exact board, but i can vouch for MSI's quality, i've owned atleast 3 of their boards over the years and each one worked wonderfully, they've been sold to friends of mine and are still working great to this day.
