How to delete a program without a wizard

Would appreciate any feedback Add/Remove programs will not remove a program called WEBROOT, the message I get is installaware wizard setup resource not found. thanks

I was able to remove WEBROOT by logging on in Safe Mode, going into REGEDIT doing a search for WEBROOT and deleting it.
