X58 Pro Problems

Hello

I just built and i7 computer using a X58 Pro motherboard with a nvidia 260. Everything is connected and power is established to the CPU and motherboard. However, video is not working nor are any USB or PS/2 devices. The network hub is blinking, hard drive is making sounds, and DVD is working. I am not sure what is wrong. I don't think this is a CPU failure, any tips or conclusions would be appreciated. Also it will continuously reset every 20-50 seconds.

The BIOS is faulty(most likely, if every thing is in its proper place. Btw also check if the RAMs are placed in proper slots)
