PalmTop Programming via MSDN Tools?

You need to define 'palmtops' a little more precisely.

I use evb to create applications for Pocket PC, and I have the option to
create for 'MS Palmtop PC' and 'MS Handheld PC'. In contrast I cannot use
these tools to create apps for devices that run the Palm Operating System.
