Can not get into my adminitrator account password not accepted

been trying to access my lap top but wont let me log in with my password i am the administrator but got to use my guest site not password protected cant access my photo music nothing

You may be an administrator but not the Administrator. Try Safe Mode by tapping Function 8 before Windows loads - you may get in but if you can't there's no more help here for password issues in case you're trying to hack into someone else's system.
