What is GPL voltage?

From this article: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/overclock-core-i7,2268-3.html, it is shown a table with voltages. But the fourth one is GPL. I am not familiar with this one. Is it CPU/PLL? or something else.

Yep, it's the PLL voltage they are talking about.

FYI, they are using an older CO stepping processor, that's why the voltages are so HIGH. I wouldn't try and use there example if you are OCing.

Yes I know. GPL confused me, but I assumed that was CPU/PLL, but I was not sure, so it is better to ask :D.
