and I will use an Antec 900 case. Let me know if there will be any issues to this build.

Not sure why you need a 1kw PSU for the 4870x2, because even the Corsair 650tx can handle 1 x 4870x2 for about $200 less!! I'd probably even opt for the Corsair 750tx or even the PCP&C 750w PSU over the 1k PSU that you selected. Why spend $270 on a PSU when all you really need is a $70-100 PSU??

The parts will work, but what resolution is your monitor at?

my resolution is 1900x1200, i just bought the antec quattro 1000W. i am concerned about the ram. is the G skill good stuff?

is the antec 900 case big enough for two gpu's?

I don't see why the G.Skill should have any issues. I've had them before and there wasn't any issues for me. The Antec 900 should be plenty big for 2 GPU's, it has a good reputation for good air flow. I like the Cooler Master 690 a bit better. It allows you to mount your PSU right-side up, IIRC. I think the CM690 case is tad better than the Antec 900 and is usually around $80 shipped, compared the Antec 900 which is usually $100-130 shipped!
Cooler Master 690 without Power Supply
Newegg's link of the CM690 case, which has more info and pictures than the Buy.com link above!

oh actually, i already have the antec 900, the power supply, my os, and the monitor. i just wanted to see what would be good with that setup. i plan to just get my ram and everything else right now, save my mobo and cpu. i will wait to see if my combo deal goes back up...

Yeah there should be some combo deals soon (I hope), so that would be the way to go, if they come out. Haven't been looking at i7 based combo deals, but I'm sure Newegg will have some.
