Error 999 at start up

My computer won't start. It says lockeye failure - error 999

Where does it say that, on post before boot ?
Some PCs come with case lock, fingerprint or eyescan security devices, make sure you disable that security item in Bios. If this happened suddenly, you might have had your bios reset for some reason.
