What CPU cooler to get?

Hey guys

at the moment im looking for a new aftermarket CPU cooler that can let me OC my Intel e8500 to 4ghz, im currently at 3.3 with stock cooler.
my mother board is an asus p5q-pro, can anyone help me out with finding a CPU cooler that can fit and get the speeds im after?

lol a shadow, thanks guys for all the help atm i just recently brought a thermaltake ISGC-200 (not the best but quite sielent) and im geting an zalman 9700ns from all ive heard about them
