Problems with updating bios on M2N SLI Deluxe

Hi
Im having problems updating my bios and im using the latest Asus Updater.

When I try and update it gives me the following error:

Failed to verify EEPROM with new bios image. Please press flash button to try again or exit abort.

Please help as its doing me head in.

For some reason even though it says its not updating when i started my pc today it has the bios update that i tried and failed with.

How do I find that out. Since it has updated everytime I switch on my pc I have to take the battery out.
