Move Dell XPS MT 435 MB to Coolemaster HAF 912?

I have a Dell XPS MT435. I would like to move the MB to a Coolermaster HAF 912 so I can upgrade the power supply and GPU. Any advice?

Just move all the parts to HAF 912. Unplugged PSU , sata cables ,power cables. You can leave the cpu and cpu cooler to the motherboard and put all in 912.

I was able to do as sosofm suggested. One additional point - after the transfer to the HAF 912 I used a hacksaw to cut out the rear expansion faceplate and mounted it in the 912. Working a treat!
