Chosing a new motherboard

My Computer broke, jsut stopped turning on and all of a suden started working, and then shutdown, and it repedited. SO I need a new motherboard for a Core 2 DUO that I have. My budget is 250 or less and remember I need an LGA 775. I need a motherboard with 2 PCI 2.0 slots and some other features aswel. No micro please.

Are you sure it is the motherboard? It sounds to me it would most likely be the power supply. It is much easier to try a new power supply over a new motherboard..
